A bunch of my friends, the "AP Wives" we like to call ourselves, decided to run in the Color Me Rad race, which took place in Birmingham. This was my first 5k race. I can't tell you how much fun it was to get plastered with color bombs—looking like a human rainbow when I crossed the finish line. It was awesome to see my kiddos (flabbergasted to see their new colorful mama) and hubby at the finish line. What a fun day this was—to completely let loose—for Mommy!!
