Check out Earth Day--everyone, including large Urban cities are encouraged to shut off their lights for one hour Sat. March 28, for one hour to rise in a symbolic support of sustaining our beautiful planet. Hope everyone can join the cause.

Earth Day

Just an update for those who aren't aware--Mike, Nika and I will be packing the car and heading to NC for the summer (leaving around the 23rd of April). We are looking forward to our long, 31 hour road trip. We plan on taking our time, seeing the beautiful USA country and famous landmarks a long the way. Mike will be working with the company NorthStar, selling alarm systems; I will be doing Independent Studies, through BYU online (will I ever have a break from school, I have no idea); AND Nika will just be hanging out by the pool getting a tan all summer long. Dre is also planning a visit to NC this summer seeing that GA is only a 6 hour drive-YIPPPPEEEEE!!!!! Although sad to be leaving our new little home, and SOOOOO unenthusiastic about TRYING to pack up Mikes Audi with ALLLLL of our belongings (mainly Amanda's shoes and her DTUT accessories), we are excited to live on the East Coast for the summer and to see an area neither of us have seen before.
If any of you are in the area, just give us a holler and we would be glad to accommodate you for the night :). But no longer than a night; PLEASE respect newlywed etiquette and do not disturb us for more than is ABSOLUTELY NEEDED :). Oh and if anyone knows about anything we SHOULD be aware of living in NC for three months, please pass on the info (for example: wild bear cubs breaking into your home and eating all your bottles of ketchup, gremlins invading your garage and stealing your car while sleeping, ferocious invisible tornados, perverted serial killers, cat nappers, to name a few).
