Funderdome

On our day off this weekend we went to Fort Lauderdale.  First we met with a CHEESY agency to see what they had to say about using Beck's in some print ads/commercials since every where we go people always comment on how adorable he is and how unique he is because of his crazy hair.  We laughed upon leaving the interview, because although they fell in love with him and really wanted us to sign with them, they were definitely outdated.

We spent the rest of the afternoon at a place called Funderdome—super cool kids place with tons of different things to do.  Beck's had a blast going on the slides and running through all the obstacle courses with his Daddy.

We ate dinner at THE BEST PIZZA and wing place EVER—Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza!!! Oh my, my stomach rumbles just thinking about it! Everything from the Italian salad, to the coal fired wings with grilled onions and focaccia bread, to the pizza was so delish!!

I love my days off with Mike and Beck's!!

I am still feeling nauseous every day but still haven't thrown up—same with my first pregnancy.  I hit 9 weeks—two months down!!! Hopefully I will be able to find a good Dr. here shortly and have my first check up by 12 weeks.  We cant' wait to find out the sex, it is killing me!!!

West Palm Beach Zoo

Beck's and I were able to take advantage of the overcast weather and spend the day at the Zoo.  He LOVES the Zoo, especially the monkeys.  Although there are not as many animals at West Palm Beach Zoo, the landscaping is pretty incredible—lush tropics, a splash pad for this kids, a carousel, and the viewing area is super close to the animal habitats.  Here are pics of our fun day!

FIRST TIME EVER that I have been so exhausted I didn't want to make dinner so I bought Beck's his FIRST Happy Meal, and he didn't like it very much :), albeit he LOVED the strawberry shake and toy. That's my boy, loves veges over fries :).

 Black bears

 Flamingos

Mayan ruins—this place was incredible with all of the old architecture.  Made you feel like you were right at home in South America/Mexico

 Anteater

Monkey's

Beckahm LOVES cars and trucks, every time we are out on our walks he points to all the passing trucks and cars and tries telling me all about them; he got so excited when he saw this tractor and old truck.

He ran straight for the truck

We were so LUCKY to see both tigers come right up to the glass; closest I have seen a tiger at a zoo.

 Just a passerby

 A WHITE alligator; kinda cool!
Cooling off at the splash pad

Beckham's first ride on a carousel.  He LOVED it! He was so excited to sit on the cheetah and go round and round and up and down.  He would wave to the conductor each time he passed him :)

 Getting tall!

These two little buddies were so fascinated with Beckahm, they came right up to the fence and gawked at him in delight! The baby monkeys also got the biggest kick out of Beckahm.  Right when they saw him they came right to the fence and stuck there fingers out and were chatting away at him.  Man did he get the biggest kick out it! I think animals are so fasciated by Beckahm because of his hair :)

 All tuckered out!
