Weekend with Daddy

Mike and Amari got home on Friday and Mike took the weekend off to spend with me and Becks.  It was so nice to be together as a family and have some good quality time making some fabulous memories.  I love how much the boys have grown in their love and appreciation for one another since being apart.

Zoo day! Amari LOVED seeing all the animals; especially the sea lions!

We are officially calling Mike the "bird whisperer." These birds wouldn't go to anyone else; they flocked to Mike!

It was so adorable to see these two holding hands, per Beckahm's request, as they walked around the zoo!

Amari always bugs Beck's when seated behind him in the stroller but ever since he got home from UT their relationship has been more loving.  Beckahm and Amari were giggling and playing with each other as Amari was trying to love on big brother :)

The boys had so much fun playing in the splash pad at the zoo

All tuckered out after a day at the zoo

So much to think about at 3 :)

My little helpers; this is probably the ONLY time in their lives they will LOVE helping me clean

Swim day with Daddy; Beck's is getting so much more brave and confident jumping off the edge into the water.  Amari is still a bit hesitant in the water but he giggles when Daddy swirls him around

Playing t-ball; both boys are naturals!

Mike and I wanted to create a vision board with Beckahm and hang it in his room to remind him of all the goals he and we want him to accomplish this year.  Such a proud moment for us to see this reminder go up on his wall!

Some of the things we want him to accomplish: being kind and loving to brother, no whining, learning how to ride his bike, learning how to swim, learning how to go poop in the toilet, finding a sport he enjoys (trying something new), being happy, laughing, remembering the Savior loves him, eating healthy/good foods, going on adventures, being a helper and serving others.
