We have been super busy with activities this week because our good friends—The Andersons—returned home (some of Beck's favorite people), and Mike has been out of town for the week. It is so much easier taking the kids places then staying indoors when Mike is away. Being a "single" mother of two is exhausting, not only do I have to meet two children's needs and meet every whine, cry, and tantrum, but I have to do all the errands, cooking, cleaning, laundry, pick up the house . . . .wowzers it is hard being a Mommy!
I got off on a tangent there for a moment; returning to this weeks activities, the kids went to the Science Museum (always a favorite) with Beck's friends, and the Botanical Gardens with 2 other families.
