Master Builders: Lego Class

Oh. My. Goodness. This was the best way to spend an early Saturday morning. The boys got to attend a special LEGO master build class an hour before the store opened. As luck would have it, they had the entire place to themselves! To start out they each got a cute button name badge, then they got a LEGO grill set and got to build it in the store. They were then given a box and they got to fill it up with whatever bricks they wanted. They took it over to the table, dumped it out, and used their imaginations to add on to their grill. The employees were so kind to the boys and let them build a lego figure to go with their grill. They gave them a LEGO passport with their first Bham stamp, some LEGO stickers and $5 each to use towards a purchase. They got to take everything home 😮. Bham Museum of Art

Beckham was begging me to go back to the Bham Museum of Art—he is so fascinated by art. He literally wanted to view every room and learn about everything. “You even wore your art pants mom!” He said 🎨😍. The boys built some pretty rad creations in the kids art room—Amari built his own monster truck and robot and Becks built a rocket ship and a house. They also found the coolest little service art rocks with positive affirmations on them that people had hid all over the museum grounds.
