Zoo Day + Aldridge Gardens + Science Museum

The Zoo had a new Pirate exhibit so we went to check it out.  Amari loved the train ride!

I love being in nature . . . 

Dinner at chick fil a came with a fun surprise: they got to plant their own flowers (decorate their own pots), make flower pens, and make their own dirt (crushed Oreos) and worms (gummy worms) ice cream Sundae.

Becks has been waiting forever to have a playdate with Mason (our friends little boy); the two just hit it off! 

Mike has been gone for almost two weeks; he loves this app and he loves sending Becks and Amari these funny videos :) 

Beckham was looking forward to seeing the Superheroes at the science museum! Amari didn't want anything to do with them :)

Fireworks are still going strong over here :) 

Someone is officially ready to start Kindergarten in a few weeks! He picked out his very own back pack: Power Rangers!!

Baby it's cold outside . . . I am going to die when we go to Utah for two weeks (it's 50 degrees here and I am freezing)!!

Amari is starting to talk in sentences and he is getting so good at the ABC song.  He LOVES pointing out letters and numbers and trying to say them out loud.  

I rarely find them like this; this was a treasure to me: sitting in front of the fire sipping hot coco, reading Xmas books.
