Playtime

Beck's and I went to the Science Museum the other day, and although it wasn't as cool as the one in AZ, he still had a blast playing with all the fake bugs, doing some science experiments, and seeing the aquarium.

 I bought Beck's a baby doll to get him ready for the "new one" coming, and he just LOVES it.  He feeds her, he gives her his blankie, he gives her kisses; it is so precious to see!

Beach Day + School House Museum

I love it when Mike has the day off, and so does Becks! This week we went to the beach with some friends from work.  It was fun to see Beck's boogie board for the first time, and play with some kids his own age.  We enjoyed a new restaurant called Lemongrass—asian sushi and stirfry. 

Also this week, I took Beck's to The School House Museum, located about a mile from our place.  It is so convenient having EVERYTHING so close to us.  The museum is such cool place for him to learn, roam around, explore, interact, and play.  We had story time where he learned all about frogs—read frog books, sang frog songs, and even made his FIRST piece of artwork: a frog on a log.  Outside they have a massive playground with a ropes course, tire swings, tunnels, a castle . . . such a FUN place!
