Okay just so you know the REALITY of it is, I celebrate the ENTIRE package that entered into my life 6 years ago. How grateful I am for your goodness, your kindness, your silliness, your dedication in making our relationship beautiful, your positive idealism (Heaven knows this realist needs it), the kid in you (which makes you the best dad in the world—not just the sexiest), your forgiving nature, your artistic and creative soul, your talents and skills (I still get hot flashes watching you skateboard. And who knew you played the piano? I sure didn't), your desire for a better life, and your abs (because I mean, let's get real).

Beck's and Amari loved coloring pictures for Daddy and Beck's loved helping me put surprises in balloons for him to pop.
In the morning he was treated to a pancake breakfast in bed, singing, popping balloons and finding surprised inside (like chocolates, kisses and hugs from the kids, a massage appt at 10:30). Then off to his massage he went. Later that evening he opened his gifts (he wanted shirts and some new dress pants), and me and the boys sang happy birthday to him and he blew out his candles on his chocolate cake. Then we got babysitters for the boys and we went to dinner at Bonefish Grill and to see the new Catching Fire, Part I movie. It was a fun birthday!
