Botanical Garden

It has been so nice having a group of friends/fellow mothers out here in Alabama, especially with Mike being gone so much.  It has not been easy being a "single mom" most of the week; I am sure grateful for good friends who can pull us out of the slums and help relieve some of the stress that is bound to accumulate when trying to raise two boys by yourself.

My good friend Wendy has 4 beautiful children, which Beckahm has grown quite attached to.  It is so cute to hear him call out their names on a daily basis.  I am so glad he has had the opportunity to make such good friends this summer!

This week we were able to go to the botanical gardens to celebrate Rhett's birthday.  What a relaxing, FUN time it was.  Beck's was wiped out by the time we drove home :).
