I like trying to come up with acts of service that our little 22month old can participate in, so for our larger act of service, for the month of February, our family decided to pick up liter in our local park/woods. I am such a huge advocate of keeping our environment clean and taking care of this beautiful planet we call home. It is important to me to instill this same passion and advocacy in my boys so when they grow older they will do their part to take care of the environment in which they live. Although tired at the end, Beck's did a great job picking up trash and depositing it into our bag. Way to go little man!!! We ended up filling up an entire trash bag. It felt good to help beautify our local environment.
