One thing Mike and I started last year which seemed to up the sales was to do daily incentives. It's easy: if Mike reaches his sales goal he gets his incentive. Most the time they cost nothing or are under $10. This week one of his incentives he was donuts in the city. He heard about this yummy donut cafe in Seattle on a travel show; a shop where they make their donuts from scratch every day. I can't tell you how divine they are! They melt in your mouth. The cafe was super cute as well—two levels with bookcases lining the walls. We love being able to spend mornings together and create new memories.

OMG . . . yum ship me a donut!!! I am going to start craving so much just reading your food blogs! I need to come visit and do a food tour, keep that list going . . I am SAVING. Honestly spending money on food is so much more fun than things. What pleasure.
I totally agree. That is why we want to move in the city—live simply and enjoy food, food, and more food :)
I agree full hardedly...is that a word? YUM!! We are defiantly going there. Kripy Cream Donuts, you are no longer a delicacy. Thanks for sharing and again making memories of your fun adventure. We had to reroute our San Fransisco trip to Seattle yesterday.....(Jared is finishing up his Neurology Diplomate and gets to dissect a brain this weekend) ANYWAY..it was overcast and 40 degrees in Seattle and I was thinking of you. Loves to you..Hang in there it does get better as far as the weather...
